Dreaming big, Tak moved to St. Louis, MO, determined to craft a dining experience uniquely his own. His vision materialized into the acclaimed China Peace restaurant, a beloved gem of St. Louis. His culinary journey continued to Omaha in 1995, where Rice Bowl was born—a fusion of time-honored Chinese recipes and a fresh American twist, tailored to delight the palates of his new friends and patrons.
